RISE & SHINE : BODY FOCUS UNITY classes in February 2021
Through intentional focus within our body and breath, we can find a unity between how we feel, what we want, and what we dream. February is my birthday month. I was born on the 19th within the cusp of air meeting water. Classes this month will weave these elements with the poetic prose of nayyirah waheed and the energetic modalities of yoga, Bioenergetics, breathing practices and intentional movement.
Each class will incorporate grounding through your feet and nervous system, tapping into your subtle body with breath, specific gestures, and cellular consciousness, and energizing your vitality with improvised movement that stokes your creative agency.
Only experience necessary is human being. So, you got it. Yes!
Since it is my birthday month and my first time leaping into the flow of weekly on-line classes, for the month of February, classes will be donation based.
Classes will take place on February 3, 10th, and 24th from 6:30 - 7:30am PST.
