Do certain patterns keep cycling through your life? Are you experiencing chronic muscular tension in certain parts of your body? Do you want to tap into the creative resources of your life and body in motion? In this series we will explore the underpinnings of how we use or block our own energy. Then, will we put this kinesthetic information into motion through structured improvisations designed to deepen consciousness and empower intentional presence.

Bioenergetics is a way of understanding personality and life situations through the body and energetic processes. We will explore Bioenergetic philosophy, exercises, and ways to track our patterns of thinking, being, and interacting with the world with a chance to cycle these expressions through meditative movement and stillness. 

This series welcomes all who are interested in deepening awareness and understanding of how our subtle body and energetic patterning relates to our experience of aliveness and connection in daily life! The experience is your vitality; the movement is in your body; the cultivation is in your breath.
