Body as Resource : Cultivate Holistic Self Care from the Inside Out in this 6 Week Class Series Sept


In the Body as Resource series, you will experience guided practices and supportive materials that enrich the process of self awareness and transform limiting patterns that no longer serve what you want now. Through body-mind practices, you will clarify what is behind your No! and make space for your full body YES! to thrive.

Body as Resource is a 101 on body + brain interconnection. No previous experience is necessary, just commitment to your own holistic self care.

During this 6-week series of classes, you can unpack patterned mindsets & revolutionize ways your body, thinking, and emotions relate to how you feel and live.

We all have the capacity to get to know our nervous system, our breath, our energy, and our patterns of thinking and being. This series will offer opportunities to delve more deeply into your dynamic Self to cultivate energetic awareness, healing, and rejuvenation within the container of an inclusive and compassionately held space.

Through Bioenergetic exercises, breathing techniques, deep anatomical awareness and holistic movement, you will explore:

  • The underpinnings of how you use or block your own energy with your brain, connective tissues and muscles.

  • Tools to regulate your nervous system and tenderly address inner needs .

  • How to empower personal resources to track patterns of thinking, being and interacting with the world; transmuting triggers, sensitivities, and wounds into fertile ground for personal growth.

You will walk away with self-governing life skills to incorporate into your daily reality with heart-centered confidence and embodiment.

This 6-week intensive program is designed for you if:

  • You are interested in deepening awareness and understanding of how your subtle body and energetic patterning relates to your experience of aliveness and connection in daily life!

  • You are ready to intentionally focus on how your energy gathers and flows in relation to how you feel, and how you want to be in connection to yourself, others, and the world around you.

  • You desire to claim your body as your resource and power to re-pattern your inner life through intentional practices.

For practitioners, this series can be an experiential resource for broadening your body-brain connection tools for use in professional practice and self-care.
